Job Requirements and Qualifications for Cooks

• Must have a degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree with minimum of 2 years as professional Cook/ Chef in casual dining restaurant, cruise ship or hotel.
• Candidates without a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts should have a minimum 5 years work experience as Chef/ Cook.
• Has knowledge in international cuisine
• Work experience abroad is an advantage

Required Skills

• Knowledge on how to do mis en place
• Proper use of kitchen tools and equipment
• Storage handling
• Able to plan duties ahead and work independently
