Line Mechanic Qualifications and Requirements

• Open to male Filipino applicants
• Completed 2 years’ course/ with Diploma Certificate related to Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Should have knowledge in Seaming Machine and Blow Molding Machine
• Knowledgeable in basic welding technology (SMAW/TIG).
• With at least 2 years work experience as Line Mechanic or Mechanical Technician of beverage plant; should have job/work certificate.
• With knowledge in maintenance of motors, pumps and conveyors.
• Can make a written report.

Machine Operator Qualifications/ Requirements

• Must have basic certification like Mechanical, Electrical, Operator, Safety or Hoteling Etc.
• Can operate the machine.
• With minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCS system
• Can set up the machine to start production cycle
• Knowledge on how to control and adjust machine stetting
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation with precision and measuring tools
• Feeds raw material or parts to semi auto machines
• Can work in different shifts as per work requirements.

Plumber Requirements and Qualifications

• The job requires male applicants only
• With at least 2 years work experience related to plumbing

Mechanical Engineers Requirements and Qualifications

• With a Degree Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Has a minimum 7 years’ experience in the same field
• Must have at least 5 years previous experience in FMCG or Beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
• Must have knowledge of pumps and gearboxes.
• Can understand machine sequence.
• Can plan Preventive Maintenance activities and arrangements
• Has experience in overhauling machines.
• Familiar with basic mechanical tools and equipment.
• Can lead the Mechanical team.
• With skills to create reports.
• Must be able to deal with maintenance software (MP2 and CMMS).
• Knows how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with Quality Standards and Requirements
• Knowledgeable in Public health and safety measures.
• With management skills and time skills
• Highly responsible in planning administrative, supervisory and technical work
• Manages and supervises staffs in operation
• Investigates and resolves Maintenance and Performances issues
• Oversee daily activities of mechanical, electrical and instruments
• Maintains warehouse, production, water distribution system
• Repairs and upgrades projects
• Familiar and can aids in budget process
• Acts on company policies.
