WINE STEWARDS Job Description and Requirements

• Open to male applicants only; 21-35 years’ old
• With pleasing personality and good communication skills
• With at least one (1) year related experience handling similar capacity in a 3-5 star hotel/fine dining restaurants or reputable bars
• Latest related work experience must not be more than 2 years ago
• Shipboard experience is preferred but not required
• With at least Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate
• 50 available positions

1^ST COMMIS-PASTRY Job Description and Requirements

• Open to male applicants only; 21 years’ old and above
• With at least minimum one (1) year experience handling similar capacity in a 3-5 Star Hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Latest related work experience must not be more than 2 years ago
• Shipboard experience is preferred but not required
• With at least Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate
• 20 available positions

1ST COMMIS-HOT KITCHEN Job Description and Requirements

• For male applicants only; 21 years’ old and above
• With at least minimum one (1) year experience handling similar capacity in a 3-5 Star Hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Latest related work experience must not be more than 2 years ago
• Shipboard experience is preferred but not required
• Have at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate

ASSISTANT CHIEF HOUSEKEEPER Job Description and Requirements

• Open to any gender, 21 years old and above
• With at least two (2) years’ experience handling similar capacity in an international cruise
• Must have a supervisory or managerial position experience
• Latest related work experience must not be more than 2 years ago
• Shipboard experience is required
• At least with Vocational/ Short Course Certificate
• 10 job opening for this position

1st HOUSEKEEPER ASSISTANT Job Description and Requirements

• Male or female applicants may apply; 21 years old and above
• With at least one (1) year experience in similar capacity in an international cruise or 5 Star Hotels
• Must have Supervisory/Managerial position experience
• Latest related work experience must not be more than 2 years ago
• Shipboard experience is required
• Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate
• 10 job vacancies
