Additional requirements for both position

a) Holder of a valid passport, b) Birth certificate must not be late registered, c) Willing to undergo four (4) months Nihongo Training, d) Must be interested and willing to work in Japan for a maximum of 3 years (depending on job order)

• Latest PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy and original) (PSA is formerly known as NSO)
• Local Civil Registrar copy- From 1A or 102 (Original and photocopy)
• If married, latest PSA Married Certificate (Original and photocopy)
• 6 pcs latest 2×2 pictures (in formal attire and white background)
• If holder of Driver’s License (photocopy)
• Latest NBI Clearance for travel abroad (color green): Original and photocopy
• High school diploma/ College diploma (photocopy)
• Certificate of Employment (COE)- Original and photocopy

• 1 long brown envelope
