Requirements for Taiwan Factory Worker

• Passport which is valid for 2 years
• 2×2 picture in white background
• Birth Certificate (from Local Civil Registrar)
• Marriage Contract (from Local Civil Registrar)
• NBI Clearance, at least valid for 6 months/ Taiwan travel/ Multipurpose Clearance
• Voter’s ID or Certificate with receipt from COMELEC Intramuros
• Unified ID (Multi-purpose ID) or stub (has applied for 3 months); if no UMID, please visit the nearest SSS branch and apply for Unified ID.
