• NBI Clearance with remarks: for travel to Taiwan and should be valid for a minimum of 6 months
• Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
• Certificate of POEA online PEOS (log on to peos.poea.gov.ph to get the certificate) + E Registration Number

Submit the above requirements at the Manpower Registry Division, Windows S or T.  Ground Floor, Blas F. Ople Bldg. (formerly POEA Bldg.), Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City.

When handing the requirements to POEA, bring the original documents for authentication of written information prior to forwarding your resume to the employer.
