Qualified Nurses can apply for work in Germany under the Triple Win Project. This is a legitimate job hiring as this is a government arrangement between the Philippines and the Federal Republic of Germany. The Nurses job hiring for Germany is done thru Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
Hired Nurses will be working with International Placement Service of German Federal Employment Agency (ZAV/BA). Professional Nurses are needed for a) General Ward, b) Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and c) Geriatric Care Ward.

Qualifications for Germany Nurses Job Opening
- Male and female applicants should be Filipino citizens and permanent Philippine residents
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN four years professional education)
- Has active PRC Nursing License
- With at least two (2) years professional nursing experience in hospitals, care institutions or rehabilitation centers
- Must have German language proficiency
Or, applicant is willing to go through German language training in the Philippines to attain level B1 (training will be paid by the employer)
Or, candidate has B1 or B2 language proficiency level in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
Hired Nurses Compensation and Benefits
Here are the salary, benefits and other info for successfully hired applicants
Monthly salary: €1,900 (gross) and will be increase to € 2,300 after recognition as qualified Nurse.
Visa and Transportation: The employer will shoulder the Visa and plane ticket from the Philippines to Germany
Accommodation: Employer will assist the Nurse to find suitable place for board and lodging. The employee will bear in full or in part the accommodation expenses.

- Updated curriculum vitae (CV) with colored passport sized photo (in English or if possible in German)
- A notarized copy of High School Diploma
- A notarized copy of Nursing Diploma
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board Certificate
- Notarized copies of Certificate of Employment from previous employers
- Certificate of German Language skills (if available)
- A copy of valid passport
